Emily Orelli – Physical Education

I have taught PE at NCCA since 2014 and love the atmosphere of the school!  In my free time, I try to spend as much time with my husband & kids as possible.  We attend New Life Baptist Church in New Wilmington.

My educational background includes a degree in Exercise Science from Messiah College and a degree in Health & Physical Education from Slippery Rock University.  I have worked as a fitness trainer, taught at Harrisburg Community College, and have subbed in various school districts in the tri-county area.

In my class, students in grades K-3 will learn & engage in locomotor movements and will also focus on basic skills necessary for advanced movements & sports.  Students in grades 4-8 will refine skills learned in the primary grades and will begin to apply these skills to sports, which are modified for the physical education environment.

It is my goal to establish an atmosphere of consistency & high expectations, in addition to instilling a basic knowledge and appreciation for physical fitness.  I also desire to convey the importance of sportsmanship and treating others with respect.

I look forward to being a part of your child’s educational career at NCCA!
