Harvest Festival

NCCA’s annual Harvest Festival is almost here! Mark your calendars for Friday, October 28, 2016. The evening will include Trunk or Treat, food, games, and a photo booth. *A gentle reminder: Costumes are encouraged but, please: nothing gory, macabre or satanic.

The evening’s schedule:

6:00PM Trunk or Treat cars must be parked in NCCA parking lot
6:30PM Trunk or Treat begins
7:00PM Food, games & activities begin
8:30PM Time to clean up!

This event is hosted by the Third Grade; however, help is needed in two areas:

  1. Trunk or Treat is a favorite part of the event and we need many participants! The more “trunks” we have, the more fun it is for our students. If you would like to decorate your trunk and pass out treats, please notify the school office by Monday, October 24.
  2. Each family is asked to contribute one item to defray the costs of food. Designated items can be brought to school and placed in the kitchen the week of the Festival.  If your grade does not have an assignment you will be contacted personally by someone on the planning committee for a requested item.
GRADE PLEASE BRING:
High Fives! 2 dozen cookies or cupcakes
Kindergarten 2 family sized bags of Tortilla Chips
First and Second 1 Case of Water
Fourth and Fifth 1 Gallon of Cider

Thank you for all of your help!!!!
